PCT Global handles returns on a case-by-case basis and requires evidence and proof of purchase.
If a return is due to Buyer's Remorse, the customer will receive a full refund of the purchase price, (excluding shipping charge) once the undamaged and unused item is received. Shipping costs to return the item is at the customer's expense.
PCT Global does not charge a restocking or handling fee.
